Podcast Voices Of Change 2.0 – What Is Bipolar Disorder?

I had such a fun time speaking with Rebecca and Joe Lombardo on their weekly podcast Voices for Change 2.0.

Before this day, I never appeared on a live podcast. I have had the pleasure of being live on the radio. I made guest appearances on both The Spark and Moments of Clarity.

Joe and Rebecca helped me to feel right at home on Voices for Change 2.0.

A Quick Chat With Joe And Rebecca Lombardo

I loved chatting with Rebecca and Joe. The time flew right by and I could have stayed in my car all day chatting with them! Once you listen to the podcast, you’ll get some insight regarding my car remark.

Being introduced to this whole new world of podcasting has opened up my eyes. Okay, maybe not the new world, but it is a new world to me.

There is something both special and real when you find others who are on a similar journey to your own.

My passion is for bipolar disorder and mental health. I love I can advocate for those living with bipolar disorder. I live with bipolar disorder type 1 and this gives me firsthand experience. Voices of Change 2.0 offered me another venue to help educate others, not only about bipolar disorder, but my journey as well.

I know Rebecca has a very similar background to my own with her age of onset and age of diagnosis.

I thoroughly enjoy making guest appearances. In fact, I hope to book some speaking gigs in the future. We’ll see how that goes, but it seems like the next logical progression from here. Maybe I should start my podcast. What do you think?

The total time is just a hair under an hour.

Again, I am so grateful to Rebecca and Joe for inviting me to Voices of Change 2.0. Chatting with them was a breath of fresh air.
