Launching The Bipolar Battle Podcast

I finally decided to start a podcast.

It has been a long time coming, and I am pretty excited to see where it will go.

If you have had a chance to read any of my articles, you know how much I like to empower others living with bipolar disorder. After the many trials and tribulations I have experienced, it brings me great joy to help others traverse their own.

We are on this planet together. Might as well help one another, right?

Podcast Expectations

My podcast will differ from others you have probably heard. Most take the format of an interview. You know, the host of the podcast interviews guests for 30 minutes, an hour, or more. I plan to take a different approach to my podcast.

Instead of the longer shows, I will make mine 5-15 minutes in length. Plus, I will use the podcast more like a diary, and every once in a while I will have a guest.

My focus will be to provide you with concrete information and actionable tools. I want to get to the point and discuss it. So, I will usually have one or two subjects to speak about in each episode.

The Bipolar Battle podcast is a spinoff of The Bipolar Battle blog.

If you get a chance, I would love for you to listen to an episode and let me know what you think. When I discuss the various subjects on my show, I base it on my own experience and what has, and has not, worked for me.

If you have questions about a particular topic, please comment below or e-mail me at john@thebipolarbattle.org.

Remember, I want to provide you with information that you find helpful. So PLEASE let me know. You can also contact me on all the normal social media channels:
